Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Attempt for delivery will be made twice, the second attempt generally being on the next working day. In the event that products are returned to us due to failed deliveries, you will be responsible for the shipping fees the second time around.
Please note that should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 working days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure that such possible delays are avoided.

Kindly note that you must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery if you wish to return or exchange your item. Please note that we accept returns for ready-made products only. This means that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products or digital downloads.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, your item must be in its original packaging. Any items that are returned to us in an unacceptable condition (including having visible marks, creases or bends) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. In addition, shipping must be tracked.
