In line with our sustainability promise, we print all of our orders either on demand or in small runs and hand-pack them one by one. This allows us to proudly operate on a strict zero waste policy.

For this reason, kindly allow 2-6 working days* to receive your purchase.

Please note that should inaccurate or incomplete address information be provided, it may delay processing time by 1-2 business days. All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.

Yes we do!

Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to update.

If for some strange reason you do not receive this email, please email us at hello@theminimalstories.com for further support. This goes without saying, but ensure to check all your email folders before contacting us - including the dreaded SPAM folder.

The short answer is maybe. The long answer is:

If you wish to cancel or change your order details, i.e. remove/add products to your cart or change your shipping address, please contact hello@theminimalstories.com as soon as possible.

Please keep in mind that we print on demand yet still manage to offer an amazing 2-6 working day delivery period. This means that we process all orders almost instantanouesly. For this reason cancelling or changing your order is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best.

Initially our aim was to ship all of our art prints flat, in reality this proved to be literally impossible!

Ultimately, this is how we decided to proceed.

- Our '21x30 cm' and '30x40 cm' art prints are shipped flat.

- Our '40x50 cm' and '50x70cm' art prints are shipped rolled.

Art prints in both packaging solutions are highly protected.

The flat prints are wrapped in an acid free tissue paper and then enclosed between 2 double-wall cardboard sheets for extra protection against bends during transit.

The rolled prints are also wrapped in an acid free tissue paper. In addition, recycled pieces of brown paper are used for cushioning. We didn't stop there. To ensure that we avoid the need for a de-roller on your end during unpacking, we opted for a paper with a lighter weight (190gsm) for our larger prints. Lighter weight, yet still very much a premium paper with the same luxurious matte finish.

Unfortunately at the moment we only offer domestic shipping options at checkout. However we're happy to announce that we will be adding our international shipping rates very soon.

If you placed your order during the weekend or on a public holiday, please ensure that you allow the extra time for fulfilment and delivery as our 2-6 day delivery period applies only to working days.

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered, kindly check with your neighbours who may have received the package on your behalf. If you are still not able to locate your order, kindly contact hello@theminimalstories.com for further assistance.

Unfortunately, if you provided incorrect shipping information and this affects the delivery of your package, as a customer you're responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

Attempt for delivery will be made twice, the second attempt generally being on the next working day.

In the event that products are returned to us due to failed deliveries, you will be responsible for the shipping fees the second-time around.

A flat rate fee of €5 is applicable for all localities in Malta and €7 for localities in Gozo.

Yes, but only for ready-made products. Please note that due to their nature, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom products.

If you wish to return or exchange your item, you must notify us within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. In addition, your item must be in its original packaging. Any items that are returned to us in an unacceptable condition (including having visible marks, creases or bends) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred in returning your item. In addition, shipping for a returned item must be tracked.

We're so sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in perfect condition! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right.

In your email, please include:

(i) Your order number
(ii) A description of the damage
(iii) Images of the damaged product and packaging

If you received an incorrect order, in your email please include:

(i) Your order number
(ii) An image of the product you received

Upon acceptance, we will offer you either a full refund or an exchange.

Please note that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges for damages caused by customer handling, storage or treatment.

We offer a collection of wall art that is customised by you. Due to the custom nature of these products, we are unable to refund or exchange your order for customer created errors, including but not limited to:

- Typos and misspellings
- Colour differences between your home computer and our printing systems.

All customers are encouraged to thoroughly review and proof read their design prior to ordering their custom wall art.

In cases where a refund is applicable, it will be reissued to the same credit card or payment method account used for the initial order payment. Once the refund is effected, you will receive an email confirmation. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

If you do not receive the refund after 10 working days, first re-check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card or payment method company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted from their end. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for further assistance.

Glad you asked! Please read this guide to learn how to unpack your delicate art prints without accidentally damaging them.

If you don't feel like going through the guide, here are the most crucial tips to take note of:

- Make sure to hold the mailer/tube box firmly while opening it to ensure that your art print does not slip or fall. (Firmly not tightly... please do not squash the box, it will hurt the art print and your soul).

- Carefully peel the sticker when unwrapping the art print. Be sure not to squeeze the art print too hard as you do this, otherwise you may bend it.

- Wash your hands before handling your art print, natural skin oils or other contaminants can easily transfer to the print.

- Always lift the print by opposite corners (for example, top left and bottom right), letting the print gently bow or sag in the middle.

- Never attempt to rub the surface of the art print with your finger or fingernail as this could scratch the surface or leave a nasty fingerprint.

Currently, we only offer framed options for our 13x18cm and 21x30cm art prints. You can choose your preferred frame and order it together with your print.

Although we are looking into bringing more framing options to the store, we do not currently sell frames with our larger prints.

However, we have prepared a detailed guide on the frame sizes that you can pair with our art prints.

Our frames feature a thick, minimalistic profile that puts the emphasis on the print, allowing it to take centre stage.

The simple answer is - no and yes

Unfortunately, gift wrapping is not available for any of our products at this time. However, is it really necessary? Your gift will still be sent in our pretty, feel-good packaging.

We do, on the other hand offer gift notes - free of charge!

All you have to do is leave a message for your recipient in the text box available at checkout. We will then write the message to your recipient on a blank card. This will add the perfect, heart-warming touch to your gift.

In line with our sustainability promise, we do not print out the receipt (you will receive it via email), hence there is no need to worry about your gift recipient knowing the price of the gift!

We offer a number of gift cards that can be purchased and redeemed only through our website (www.theminimalstories.com). You may not purchase or redeem a gift card without having access to the Internet. Gift cards cannot be purchased using promotional codes or store credit.

Once purchased you will receive an email with a gift code containing a redeemable monetary value, credited to an order when entered during the checkout process.

Good news - you do not need to use the entire monetary value of the gift card in one order!

Gift card balances will be applied against the total amount of the order placed. Any unused Gift Card balance will remain on the Gift Card account. If any purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the excess amount must be paid with another payment method accepted on The Minimal Stories website.

The holder of the gift card can review the card’s balance by simply clicking on the gift card in the original email or by entering the respective gift card code into the designated inquiry location on the checkout page. Alternatively, you can contact our help team.

- Gift cards may be redeemed through our website (www.theminimalstories.com) only.
- Gift Cards are non-refundable and may not be used toward previous purchases.
- Every permitted purchase made with a gift card, plus applicable costs, if any (such as shipping and handling and taxes), are deducted from the gift card balance.
- Gift cards cannot be reloaded or recharged, and balances on multiple gift cards cannot be combined into a combined balance on one or more new gift cards.
- Except as required by law, gift cards may not be transferred for value, resold redeemed for cash or cheques, and gift card balances cannot be transferred to credit card accounts or accounts of other means of payment.
- Unused gift card balances in The Minimal Stories account may not be transferred to another The Minimal Stories account.
- If applicable law requires us to redeem Gift Cards for monetary value The Minimal Stories reserves the right to pay by any means we choose (cash, bank transfer, etc).
